Candle Subscription Fulfillment: * Subscription boxes ship on the 15th of every month. For initial sign-up the cutoff is the 9th of the month. * Taxes apply to all box orders. *Ships only in the United States. * Plans automatically renew and you are committing to the length of your SD + Co. subscription plan. Candle Subscription Shipping Details: * The information provided on the sign up form is what will be used for fulfillment. Recipient mailing address is where the candle will be shipped. * If a mailing address changes, please make sure to notify SD + Co. by email and we will update our records. Notification must be received before label is printed for its monthly delivery. * SD + Co. will cover U.S. shipment for one candle per month. If the candle is delivered to the address provided and it is inaccurate, SD + Co. will not cover the postage cost for the candle to be re-shipped. Candle Subscription Return Policy: * SD + Co. does not accept any returns on Candle Subscriptions. * If a candle arrives damaged, please notify SD + Co. within 5 days of receiving the item via email. * SD + Co. will not replace damaged candles if notified after day 5. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: How will I get a receipt? * Once you've signed up for a subscription, you will receive a welcome email with the details of your subscription plan, frequency of payments, and dates the card on file will be charged. What If I want to cancel my subscription? * All customers can cancel subscriptions by logging into your profile; located under "Subscriptions". You will receive a confirmation email once a subscription is cancelled. What if I want to gift the subscription? * No problem! Just include the recipients name and mailing address when you sign up for the subscription. What if the card on file is declined? * If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link to safely update your payment method.
